1. Microsoft Windows Explorer 5.0 or greater is required.
Make sure that the browser window is maximized.
To maximize the browser view of WebMap de-select the following views in the browser.
2. Corel Active CGM plug-in required to view maps.
3. A High Speed Internet connection is required (DSL modem or cable) for optimal viewing.
4. A 1024 x 768 screen resolution is required for optimal viewing.
If your computer monitor can run at a higher resolution, it is highly recommended that you reset it to1024 x 768 or greater. To do this, with your mouse right click on the computer desktop. The following Display Properties window should pop up, then select the Settings tab.

In the Screen area window, slide the bar to the desired resolution. If this cannot go to 1024 x 768 or greater this means that your monitor/video card cannot work at the higher screen settings. If this is possible, select the Advanced button below the Screen area box.
Then select the Monitor tab and choose a Refresh Frequency that your monitor screen can run at (see manufacturers manual for specifications) or select the "Hide mode that this monitor cannot display" check box to pick frequencies that the operating system can detect.
